Machine introduction
1. The paper feeding method is shaftless hydraulic paper feeding, which is stable and replaces the traditional paper feeding with shaft, which makes paper feeding faster and saves labor. The clamping is also a hydraulic device, which replaces the electric clamping to relax. The hydraulic clamping is not easy to damage the inner core of the paper shaft and also protects the mechanical part.
2. The independent leveling shaft can reduce the phenomenon of inconsistent tightness on the left and right of the partial gram paper.
3. The hydraulic system is a special product, which is a professional hydraulic paper loading system. It has low noise and strong practicability.
4. The separate paper separation section provides sufficient space for the operator to adjust the cutter and pull the paper. The fixedness of the bedknife avoids the "S" bending disease of the slitting paper.
5. The rubber roller in the winding part is made of polyurethane. Its abrasion resistance, compression resistance, non-deformation and non-slip resistance are the best choices for paper winding.
6. The paper winding method is the inflatable shaft retractable type. Inflatable shaft take-up paper completely avoids the phenomenon of the conventional take-up paper roll and shaft disengagement.
7. The unique slitting structure of the bending roller completely avoids the paper overlapping phenomenon during rewinding. The curvature of the bending roller can be adjusted at any time according to the paper.
