Introduction of Paper Cup Making Machine
MY-100T Intelligent Model ultrasonic heater paper cup making machine speed is 120-150 pcs/min and with two turnplate, open cam design and gear transmission. Cup size range is from 6-16 OZ.it is with auto paper fan feeding unit , PLC control system, bottom is sealed by Swiss Leister hot air device . photo detecting system ensures the bottom is without leakage , auto oil lubrication can ensure all mechanical parts work smoothly and it can stop working automatically if the sensors detect failures, it can greatly improve operation safety. It can finish the whole process including paper feeding, side sealing , cup bottom punching & feeding, heating , knurling, cup-top curling ,cup storage. These paper cups are suitable for both hot and cold drinking , such as coca cola, ice cream and coffee etc.
