The guide roller on the cantilever of the rack is pushed to move. The bearing of the guide roller on the operation side is a fixed fulcrum. After the offset, a certain inclination angle is formed. Driven by the high speed operation of the guide roller, the felt is forced to move to the operation side. Repeated movement of the blanket in this way was corrected on the center line of the paper machine.
After changing the new net blanket, the width of the net blanket may change. At this time, the distance between the operating side and the transmission side contacts and the net blanket should be readjusted in time. Loosen the screws on the clamping block, and pull or push the adjustment lever. , So that the contact does not touch the edge of the net blanket, observe the distance between the contact and the net blanket, the distance between the two sides is about one centimeter, and then tighten the screws to fasten the clamping block.
