It is suitable for packing facial tissue paper and other related similar content cmpact with automatic leaflet folding,box openging and loading,then sealing the box.
It adopts PLC control,photo electricity supervision to coordinate with every parts.Automatic stop and trouble display when machine running exceptional in order to solving tuoubles in time.This machine can be used separately,and also can connect with facial tissue log saw cutting machine on line.
Function and Features
1. Adopt automatic feeding, open box, insert box, coding and sealing, Reasonable compact structure, easy operation.
2. Adopt Servo motor, touch screen and PLC programmable control system, Interface display make it simple and clear, high degree of automation, humanized.
3. Using photoelectric automatic tracking system, only packing when it sense the paper, which can save packing material.
4. Wide packing range, easy to adjust, can change different size easily.
5. Change size no need to change mould, only need to adjust some buttons, PLC will show packing speed and counting.
6. If paper not in the right position, machine will automatically stop, and machine has main drive motor overload protection device, which make it safe working.
7. Low cost, use imported glue machine, 0.25mm-0.36mm, spray the glue needed.
8. Hot melt glue machine is optional for client if client use hot melt glue or mechanical brush glue sealing.
