1. The XY-BT-298 high-speed fully automatic facial tissue single wrapping machine is ideally suited for the automated packaging of V-fold hand towels, facial tissues, and napkins.
2. The tissue arraying and feeding processes utilize variable frequency control modes. Actions such as packaging film hole punching, film pulling and positioning, film cutting, tissue center sending, and more are all controlled by precise servo motors. This machine boasts a comprehensive operational configuration, high working efficiency, user-friendly operation, a wide application range of sizes, quick size changing capabilities, easy maintenance, and low operating costs.
3. The basic operational function configuration includes auto tissue shaping, automatic tissue speed detection and reduction, auto alarm and stop functions for double tissue feeding or jamming, auto detection of tissue height with alarm and stop for height errors, auto detection of film roll volume, auto alarm and stop when the film release unit is jammed, tissue hook shaping, inching operation, and link operation.
4. Max. stable production speed is 100 packs/min.
