Production Description
1. Multi-function: automatic conveying, single-head operation, automatic feeding, automatic sealing, automatic countering.
2. Adopting the advanced PLC computer programming control and employing the liquid crystal text to display parameters, it is with simple set and water cooling control. Moreover, its temperature control is more precise so that heating wires and tapes with thermostability can be protected more efficiently. The machine uses the servo motor to push the products to the bags, which makes locating the products more accurate.
3. Packing and sealing are pretty and tidy. The machine can be operated with full-automation and semi-automation. The machine with a conveyor can be connected to an automatic toilet roll packing machine with a conveyor. This allows the machine to have high capacity and therefore save labor and reduce production costs.

This machine is specially used for packaging toilet paper roll, with a conveyor belt.
The machine to adapt to the toilet paper roll diameter is less than or equal to 90-120MM, 8 or 10 can be packaged or 12 rolls of toilet paper.
The machine is simple, flexible, sealed bag is the one machine.
It’s easy to operate: Insert the premade bag into output hole, press the jog switch, it will automatically put rolls into bag, meanwhile cutting and sealing.
