Feeding Part

1.Suction belt front edge feeding,accurate and reliable.
2.High quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system,and this section can be controlled along,easy operation.
3.The height of the pressing wheel can be adjusted;suitable for 2-10mm thickness of cardboard.

Folder Gluer Part

1.The main motor is VFD speed adjustment; without noise,flexible speed adjustment, stability.

Automatic Strapping Machine

★Usage and Characteristic
Automatic strapping machine is mainly used in automatic sticky box machine/output after automatic strapping automatic order box machine,the machine by turning,taken together, pressurized banding.Using PP strapping,strong,do not rebound,paper edge damage.The whole process automatically,without human intervention,can save a lot of artificial cost. Such as color,paper products factory packaging equipment for increasing the income of enterprises and reducing consumption.

The machine contains four parts:Receive board and turn part,clear up and patting part,delivery part,pressure strapping part.

(1)Receive Board and Turn Part
※ Smoothly receive cardboard before prior conveying.
※ Double touch type steering,will be 90 degrees of corner cardboard.
(2)Clear Up and Patting Part
※ Can be adjusted according to different specifications carton size.
※ Arrange positioning automatically four direction taken together,and then delivery.
(3)Delivery Part
After finishing send carton smoothly,improve the work efficiency.
(4)Pressure Strapping Part

A:1)We provide training in our factory for free; 2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
