Single Stage Single Suction Non Clog Centrifugal Pump Open Impeller for Convey Water
Description:
Centrifugal pump with single-stage and single-suction is applicable to industrial and urban water supply, water drainage, agricultural irrigation and drainage. It is used to convey water or other liquid similar to water whose temperature is not higher than 80 ℃. The pump has many merits, such as energy-efficient, low noise, no leakage and reliable performance. If improve this pump, it can convey liquid whose temperature is lower than 150℃.

Features:
Extensive use: it is suitable to different kinds of refrigeration system. Specially, it can satisfy the pressure requirements of water supply system for high building. It is also suitable for the water supply and drainage system of factory, mine, city, power station and water conservancy.
Good versatility
Convenient disassembly: the pump casing and cover are separated from the back of impeller. So it is easy to overhaul. When maintenance, it is no need to move the inlet and outlet, you can just take away the coupling, move the motor, and then you can take out the impeller and other parts to check.
Long service life: it adopts precision investment casting impeller, thin oil lubrication, labyrinth seal without touch and wearing, which effectively protect the shaft. The pump casing and cover need 1.5 multiple of work pressure test before leave factory, so that it can improve the operational reliability of the pump.
Reasonable flow rate: equipped diffusion tube on the outlet of pump, the flow velocity of inlet and out is less than 3m/s, which reduce the loss of pipeline.
