Description:
Our agitators are widely used in the pulp and paper industry, oxygen bleach, caustic and other processes, The agitator is a new substitute for old agitator developed by our company according to the demands of times and markets. Gear transmission is adopted to drive. The angle adjustment of impeller leaves can be outside the pulp container. This product has a compact structure and a new appearance. It is energy-saving, reliable and easy to service.
Feature:
1. The agitator is cantilever flange connection structure, which can be fixed on the wall of pulp chest without separate foundation, it's easy to install.
2. It is driven by triangle belt, which helps to install and dismantle easily.
3. The impeller is stainless steel precision casted, which ensure the accuracy and make the operation smooth and stable.
4. The blades and hub are changeable constructure; the blades angle can be adjusted to meet different working condition.
5. The bearing has strong bearing capacity and it's easy to install. The external design of bearing can be changed conveniently without the condition of draining the pulp.
6. The special design of guiding plate avoids the impurity and improves mixing efficiency meanwhile.
7. Shaft protection sleeve prevent the shaft from abrasion and corrosion.
8. Shaft seal: single mechanical seal and packing seal.
Application:
The equipment is used to stir pulp cyclically in square pulp pool .By using the equipment the pulp liquid is maintained in suspension condition, so it ensured that the uniform distribution of paper components in pulp. And it is also advantageous to full reaction of the chemical liquid.
