When the switch key is pressed, the inverter 1A inputs a high level. After inversion, 2Y outputs a low level. After another inversion, the 3Y pin outputs a high level, thus generating a rising edge pulse. This signal is directly sent to Q4 and Q5 of the power board to turn on the two transistors, so that the enable terminal of the power management chip is powered on, the two chips start to work, the sw terminal outputs 5V and 12V respectively, and the machine starts. When the power button S is pressed again, another rising edge arrives, the D flip-flop is inverted, pin 6 outputs low level, the enable end of the power management chip is powered off and stops output, and the machine shuts down.
According to the fault phenomenon, the machine automatically turns on when the power cord is plugged in. Use a multimeter to check that the base voltages of 1A, 3Y, and Q4 are all there. It should be caused by pressing the power button. This voltage comes from the 5V output of the SW. , it turns out that this power management chip automatically works and outputs 5V when there is no turn-on voltage, making the entire machine work. Purchase a Power Supply Board, replace it with the machine and the machine will work normally.
