In the method of negative pressure sampling, airtightness directly affects the accuracy of test results and requires frequent maintenance. In order to solve the above problems, an online gas sampling device has been designed, which can achieve functions such as no gas tightness maintenance, self-cleaning of the gas path, gas flushing inside the reaction vessel, automatic quantitative sampling of gases in various catalytic processes, and online sample testing after connecting to gas chromatography. This device expands the applicability of catalytic reactions and avoids the problem of inaccurate manual sampling and testing results.
