technology (SMT with Thru-hole) for single and double-sided placement. We support Fine Pitch
components as small as 15 mil pitch, Passive Components as small as 0201 package, Ball Grid Arrays
(BGA) as small as 0.4mm pitch with 100% X-Ray inspected placements.
PCB Assembly Quality Assurance
Linked Electronics perfectly trained operators are skilled in assembling a wide range of incredibly complex boards to the highest quality. We work to industry standard IPC-A-610 Class 2, if you have speical request, we can follow IPC 3 standard. All PCB Assembly boards we manufacture are 100% inspected using the AOI technology to provide assurance of circuit functionality. If there's BGA, x-ray will fully test for the BGA parts.
