The fully automatic nut frying machine is suitable for nuts such as cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, walnuts and hazelnuts. ※Function:
Automatic feeding function.
Automatic stirring function. Make the products even, bright color, avoid the adhesion between the products.
Automatic temperature control function. The electric control instrument is controlled by the induced draft fan. When the oil temperature is higher than the set temperature, the induced draft fan stops automatically. When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the induced draft fan is in working state, which ensures the frying temperature of the product and improves the product quality.
Automatic discharge function. By means of electric lifting, the product is automatically lifted after frying and poured out after oil leaching, which reduces the labor intensity of workers and ensures the unification of frying time.
Automatic filter circulation system. Oil-water separation frying technology can automatically filter the residue from food in the frying process into water, ensure the cleanliness of oil surface, prolong the service life of oil and prolong the oil exchange cycle.
