The expandable house usually refer to 20ft and 40ft expandable container house, the exterior size is fixed, but house inside layout could be customized according to your requirements as well as the external wall cladding and color.
2.What should I provide to build a expandable house?
You just need to level a piece of land, and make some small pedestals, then lay the house on it, that is it.
3.How many sets can fit in one container?
For our standard sizes of houses, 1 set 40HC shipping container can fit 2 sets of 20ft house, and 1 set 40HC shipping container can fit 1 set of 40ft house.
4.How Long does it take to build a expandable house?
Since the expandable house is already pre-fabricated in our factory, so what you need to do is the assembly, usually it only takes 4 people 1 day to finish the assembly of the house.
5.Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
It is very easy and simple, just to stretch out the wall panels; we will also provide the installation video, as well as the installation instruction if necessary.
6.Does this kind of house can only be used in residential building?
Yes, It can be used for multiple uses, like office, exhibition hall, shop, storage, etc.
7.What is your terms of payment ?
