Working principle of vertical ring die wood pellet mill:
The vertical ring die granulator mainly feeds raw materials into the gap between the ring die and the pressure roller through the rotation of the pressure roller, so that the raw materials are evenly arranged in the inner hole of the ring die under the action of the centrifugal force. Due to the high-speed rotation of the pressure roller, the material will be under great pressure in the gap with the ring die, and the high temperature will make the raw material continue to concentrate and lengthen into a cylinder until it is cut by the cutter inside the shell. The existence of the cutter is to make the particles standardized.
