Cartoning Machine Main Drive
The transmission system is mainly composed of main motor, drive sprocket group, bevel gear group and cam splitter, etc. The motor adopts torque overload protector, which can realize the main drive motor and the drive parts to be detached under the condition of overload. To protect machine parts from damage. The middle plate is supported by a number of drive shafts, supporting shafts and three lead screws, mounted in the center of the machine and movable back and forth. This can be adjusted according to the requirements of different specifications of the carton, the back end of the wire rod transmission chain connected, so as to ensure that the middle plate to move parallel. Travel box chain, paper chain and outlet conveyor belt under the control of the cam splitter for intermittent motion. The distance between the chain plates of the walking box chain can also be adjusted according to the width of the carton, and the input end shaft of the cam splitter is connected with the output shaft of the main motor by two pivot holding keys, so that the time of intermittent motion can be adjusted stepless.
