Blister Packing Machine DPP-Series is designed by our company based on the advantages of aluminum-plastic packing machines at home and abroad. The key parts of the machine adopt a number of our innovative technologies. The parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy. This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, food and health products industries to pack tablets, capsules, small pieces of food, even hardware parts and electronic components. The machine integrates ten functions, including coiled material uncoiling, aluminum and plastic feeding, blister forming, filling, waste material recycling, heat sealing, batch number printing, reticulate indentation, sheet blanking, finished product counting, etc. The finished products are well sealed, safe and hygienic. As the machine is improved by technology and meets GMP standard, it has been sold to major pharmaceutical factories and large and medium-sized hospitals at home and abroad, and also exported to more than 20 countries and regions, favored by customers.
Performance Features:
● It adopts variable-frequency stepless speed regulation.
● The stroke is adjustable, ranging from 30 to 100mm. And the adjustment is easy.
● It adopts plate mold, positive pressure forming, batch number, indentation line, automatic release of aluminum foil and PVC.
● It is equipped with a universal feeder which help achieve the filling rate as high as 99.5%. The feeder can be equipped with a dust suction interface, so as to eliminate dust caused during the feeding process.
● With plate aligning heating, the heat loss of the heater is minimized and the required temperature of the heater is greatly reduced.
● Each station is equipped with four stand columns, which brings better stability and better effect of forming, heat sealing, indentation and blanking.
● It has the advantages of taking up less space, light weight, compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
