Product Overview of Stopper Washing Machine
The machine is designed, manufactured and inspected according to GMP standard. It can automatically complete vacuum suction (or manual feeding), ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, siliconization, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, and automatic discharge. CIP and SIP can also be performed on the device itself.
The inside of the machine is made of 316L stainless steel. The housing is made of high quality 304 stainless steel. Surface polished to Ra<0.4um, other mechanical polishing to Ra<0.6um. The main accessories and electronic components are imported brands. Specialty materials for pressure, high temperature ultrasonic and bearings, seals and gaskets.
The machine is a movable back cover structure. When the cleaning box needs to be cleaned, the inner wall of the cleaning box can be cleaned by pulling out the back cover. It can also repair and maintain some internal parts. Simple operation, saving time and effort.

Feature of Stopper Washing Machine
The whole machine is controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface. The main parts are made of low-carbon stainless steel. The main accessories and electronic components are imported products.

At the same time, the machine can show the operation status of each process, under the influence of many technologies such as automatic suction, strong spraying, slow rolling, ultrasonic wave and so on, such as washing, silicification, steam sterilization, vacuum drying, hot air reheat, vacuum drying, and automatic discharging. The dynamic display on the display screen can intuitively understand the operation of the unit and automatically record various motion parameters.
The inner drum of the machine is a back drawer structure, which is convenient for maintenance, time-saving and labor-saving. The machine has low labor intensity, simple operation, energy-saving and energy-saving, high production efficiency and good quality of rubber plug treatment.
