The outer ring of the drawn cup needle roller bearing is precision stamped and formed of thin steel plate, with small structural space and large load capacity. This type of needle bearing generally does not use an inner ring. If you need to use the inner ring, you can choose the IR type inner ring.
DF drawn cup needle roller bearings are divided into two ends of the bearing perforated (HK type) and one end of the bearing closed type (BK type). Compared with perforated drawn cup needle roller bearings, one end of the sealed type bearing is a closed type, suitable for the shaft end, and can withstand small axial free force.

Sealed drawn cup needle roller bearings are equipped with a sealing ring to protect the bearing from debris and grease leakage under normal working conditions. Therefore, it can be operated for a long time in the range of -20℃-120℃. It can be used at +130℃ if it can be supplemented with suitable grease in time or in short-term use.
The sealing ring is made of synthetic rubber, the lip has good elasticity, and is lined with steel plate core, which has strong mechanical rigidity. In addition, the sealing ring acts as an axial guide for the cage.
