FDJA special oil filter for insulating oil
FDJA balance charge type two-stage high vacuum oil purifier is high vacuum oil purifier technology and combining with balance charge purification technology in the integration of oil purification equipment, this equipment is suitable for the transformer oil, breaker oil, such as oil degassing, dehydration, to remove oil machinery impurities, carbon particles, oil adsorption of acidic products, charged colloid, sludge, polar impurities, such as improve the PH value, low dielectric loss factor and acid value, the field of oil purification and regeneration, vacuum oil, hot oil circulation, dry dry transformer, etc.
The main functions of FDJA insulation oil filter are as follows
A) degassing, dewatering and filtering of transformer oil;
B) absorb acid products, charged colloid, oil sludge, polar impurities, etc. in the oil through high voltage electrostatic field for oil regeneration;
C) conduct hot oil circulation for electrical equipment and conduct oil treatment on site;
D) vacuum of electrical equipment.
FDJA insulation oil filter equipment features
(A) the machine is specially designed for ultra-high transformer oil, especially suitable for transformer oil treatment of large power transmission and transformation above 750KV.
(B) adopt special dehydration and degassing WSD patented technology structure, which can quickly and effectively remove the moisture and gas in the insulation oil, and improve the resistance of the insulation oil to more than 80KV, and the moisture is less than 3PPM.
(C) the use of shunt branch node technology to quickly evaporate water in the oil.In this system, the insulating oil is fully distributed and atomized (increasing the atomized area of the insulating oil in the vacuum), and the "path" of the oil in the system is greatly increased, so that the moisture and gas in the oil can obtain enough evaporation time to achieve the optimal dewatering and degassing effect.
(D) adopt German yako and Italian MP filter elements to effectively remove oil particles.The fluid design of balanced charge purification filtration system is adopted to ensure the cleanliness.Deep filtration removes fine particles from the oil (less than 0.1um particles).
(E) the insulation strength of the equipment can reach above 75KV and moisture less than 5ppm in one treatment, and the insulation strength of the equipment can reach above 80KV and moisture less than 3ppm in three treatment, and the second is changed to zero.
(F) the equipment is provided with an on-line temperature monitoring instrument, an on-line pressure measuring instrument, an on-line vacuum measuring instrument, an on-line liquid level detector and an on-line contamination level detector.It can learn about the oil filter and the operation of the equipment in real time.
