Product introduction:
A plug valve is a quick opening and closing straight through valve that uses a plug body with a through hole as the opening and closing component. The plug body rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action of the valve. The plug valve opens and closes quickly, with low fluid resistance. Due to the wiping effect between the sealing surfaces, it can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium when fully open. Therefore, it is usually used for media with suspended particles. Another important feature of it is that it is easy to adapt to multi-channel structures, so that a valve can obtain two, three, or even four different flow channels. This can simplify the design of pipeline systems, reduce valve usage, and some connection accessories required in equipment.
Fluorine lined plug valves include lined plug valves (fully lined) and lined plug valves (semi lined). Plug valves are often used to cut off medium flow and can also be used for medium distribution (three-way plug valves).
Fluorine lined plug valves are suitable for use in various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants between -50 ℃ and 150 ℃. FEP is also suitable for use in pipelines with various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
