Product introduction: 

Hydraulic control valve is a device used to control water flow rate. Based on the pressure difference between upstream and downstream in the pipeline system, it achieves hydraulic differential operation of the diaphragm or piston through the control effect of the internal pilot valve, thereby automatically adjusting the opening, closing or regulating status of the main valve disc.

When water flows into the valve body and pushes the diaphragm or piston, these components will move, thereby controlling the opening or closing of the valve. Specifically, when the pressure water in the control chamber above the diaphragm or piston is discharged into the downstream low-pressure area, the pressure acting on the bottom of the valve disc will cause the valve disc to fully open. On the contrary, if the pressure water cannot be discharged to the downstream low-pressure area, the valve disc will be pushed to the fully closed position. When the pressure value in the control room is between the inlet pressure and outlet pressure, the valve disc is in a regulating state, and its regulating position is determined by the joint control effect of the needle valve and adjustable pilot valve in the conduit system. The adjustable pilot valve will automatically adjust the opening of its own valve according to the changes in downstream pressure, thereby changing the pressure value in the control room and achieving precise control of flow.
