Product introductioin:
The three piece ball valve and gate valve belong to the same type of valve, with the difference being that their closing part is a sphere, which rotates around the centerline of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of the medium. Three piece ball valve is a widely used new type of valve.
The three piece ball valve can be installed with a pneumatic actuator or a electric actuator equipment, then valve will be with two parts, top one is pneumatic or electric actuator, and bottom part is valve itself, which will make valve with a relatively fast execution speed.
Pneumatic actuator can with double acting function or single acting action, pneumatic acturator ball valve with the fastest opening and closing speed of 0.05 seconds per time, so it is usually also called a pneumatic quick cut-off ball valve.
Pneumatic ball valves are usually equipped with various accessories, such as solenoid valves, air source treatment triplets, limit switches, positioners, control boxes, etc., to achieve local control and remote centralized control. The valve can be controlled in the control room without the need to manually control it on site or in high-altitude and dangerous areas, which greatly saves human resources, time, and safety.
