■The entire hydraulic system of HS-10, using a one-piece structure and equipped with casters and push hands, is easy to move.
■The hydraulic truck HS-10 consists of a motor and a variable piston pump. These motor and pumps are imported one with light weight, strong power and stable operation.
■The equipment can operate continuously within 40 ℃ ambient temperature by our cooling system.
■The emergency stop button for emergency use and ensure the safety operation.
■To ensure that users can quickly access we have the quick connector which can be plug and pull quickly.
Hydraulic power units designed for pipeline processing equipment are suitable for most of the working conditions. HS series is easy to operate with a wireless remote control module, which means less training time to operate the hydraulic power station.
The imported motors, pumps parts and the optimized hydraulic systems ensure the hydraulic power units to operate with stable and efficient output, thus providing strong assurance for high quality cutting and beveling effect.
■ Move the device to the appropriate machining position.
■ Add the low-temperature anti-wear hydraulic oil from the oil filler to the top of 1/5 level of the tank.
■ Connect the power cord, open the cabinet to ensure that the phase and phase sequence protection relay work indicator light is always on the state. If not, replace the power line phase sequence until the work indicator is light.
■ Start the motor and then stop and observe from the motor tail whether the motor rotation is rotated clockwise.
■ Press the motor start button to start the motor and turn on the enable switch to supply the hydraulic motor. Control the speed switch to adjust the hydraulic motor speed.
■ After the use, close the enable switch, then press the motor stop button to turn off the motor.
