The seamless three-way cold extrusion forming process is also known as the hydraulic bulging process, which is a forming process in which the branch pipe is expanded by the axial compensation of the metal material. The process is to use a special tee machine to inject liquid into a tube blank with the same diameter as the tee main pipe. The two horizontal side cylinders of the tee machine synchronize the centering motion to extrude the tube blank. The volume of the tube blank changes after being squeezed. Smaller, the pressure of the liquid in the billet increases as the volume of the billet becomes smaller. When the pressure required for the expansion of the three-way branch pipe is reached, the metal material moves along the mold cavity under the dual action of the side cylinder and the liquid pressure in the billet. Flow and expand out of the branch pipe. The whole process is formed by the axial compression of the tube blank and the bulging process of the branch part. The metal of the seamless cold extruded tee branch pipe is compensated by the axial movement of the tube blank, so it is also called the axial compensation process.
Three links production process
1. Blanking: First, blanking the standard of the butt welding tee to be produced. Cut the seamless pipe into sections according to the scale.
2. Derusting: Put the cut pipe into the derusting equipment and tumbling and polishing to achieve the purpose of derusting.
3. Kneading: Put the rusted pipe into the mold, and pour water into the pipe from the piston on one side of the mold, so that the pipe gathers toward the center under the pressure effect, and there is a hole under the mold. This hole is a release point for the tube to be kneaded, and then reaches the intention of making a tee.
Four. Trimming: At this moment, the three links can only be called "two links", which means that the two ends are connected, and the central three links are only a raised straight pipe section. Cut off the raised straight pipe section, and then polish and process the groove of the product. In this way, the three links are basically formed.
5. Heat treatment: Put the basically formed tee in a large annealing furnace to smolder it, let it cool naturally before taking it out.
6. Descale: Put the fired tee into the derusting equipment again to remove the oxide scale and ash on the support, and the product is complete. Large diameter tee Large diameter tee
