Uniaxial Plastic Geogrid Introduction

 

Uniaxial Plastic Geogrid is a kind of high strength geomembrane with high polymer as main raw material, adding certain anti ultraviolet and anti-aging AIDS, and unidirectional stretching to make the original scattered chain molecules rearranged in a linear state, extruded into thin sheets, then punching regular holes, and then longitudinally stretched. In this process, the polymer is in a linear state, and a long elliptic network structure with uniform distribution and high node strength is formed. This kind of structure has very high tensile strength and tensile modulus. The tensile strength reaches 100-300kn / m, which is close to the level of low carbon steel. It is much better than the traditional or existing reinforced materials. Especially, this kind of products of the company have super international high early tensile strength and tensile modulus with elongation of 2% - 5%. It provides an ideal linkage system for soil to undertake and diffuse forces. The product has high tensile strength (> 150MPa) and is suitable for various soils.
