Product Application for Plastic PVC crushing machine:
SWP series Plastic crusher is mainly used for crushing all kinds of plastic profile and pipe materials. It does not need to cut and segment the long plastic pipe, and can continuously feed material at one time. Such as plastic doors, plastic tubes, plastic plates, window frames, trunking, sheets and so on.
The crusher can realize automatic feeding, and the entire pipe is put into the machine to crush on its own; a fan is used to transport the broken material device, and the broken qualified particles are pulled out from the machine by the suction fan to facilitate bagging and warehousing; The device, and the large SWP model is equipped with an independent control box. The operation and maintenance are extremely convenient and it is the ideal model for crushing various pipes and profiles.
Crusher wearing parts for the blade, long-term use will wear out. We usually use yttrium-chromium-silicon (9GrSi) high-quality alloy steel blades, which have stronger wear resistance and impact resistance than ordinary materials, and can be repeatedly used after being used for a long time after blunt knife-edge, which greatly reduces the cost. According to the different requirements of customers, it can also be equipped with imported tools to better improve the performance of the machine.
SWP-400 powerful crusher can crush PVC pipe and corrugated pipe with diameter less than 160mm, PE pipe with diameter less than 100, wire trough, sheet, decoration board. Larger diameter plastic pipes are easily broken after cutting.
SWP-500 powerful crusher and heavy crusher can crush PVC pipes below 250mm in diameter, PE pipes under 160mm in diameter, PP pipes under 110 diameter, PPR pipes and other plastic pipes and profiles.
SWP-600 powerful crusher and heavy crusher can crush plastic pipes below 315mm in diameter. It can also be broken after larger diameter and thicker pipes are cut in sections. For thicker plates, bars, car bumpers, Large injection molded parts can also be broken. For larger and larger calibers (such as below 800mm and below 1200mm), there are crushing solutions.
