1. How can I place an order?

Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays.
2. When can I get the price?
Usually we quote our best price within 12 hours after we get your inquire.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
Free for a blank/stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
For printing sample, advanced sample fee $49 is required. It can be fully refunded if the final quantiity of the confirmed bulk order is or over 10,000pcs.
4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 5-7 working days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5days.
5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
CDR ,AI, PDF, etc. and we also can design for you by free.
6. What about the lead time for mass production?
To be honest, it depends on the quantity.
Generally 5-7 days for quantity at 5,000pcs, 7-10days for about 10,000pcs.
7. What is your terms of delivery?
