With more than 20 years development, Union Win is alread a international company, with more than 100 fixed employees, a total plant area of about 30000 square meters, and 20+ million US dollar annual sales (80% for exporting).
Relying on strong scientific research strength and advanced management mode, we introduced international advanced level of new pattern molding assembly line, computerized sponge cutting machine and varieties of finishing equipment and testing equipment to ensure first-class production efficiency and quality.
At present, our high-caliber technical team has developed over hundreds of products with different specifications. 2022, our business scope mainly cover foam and foam made products (mattresses, pillows/function pillow, sofas, PU cushions, baby pads, dog bed, underwear cotton, etc.), whose products are widely used in bedroom/household furniture, packaging, machinery and automotive supplies, sports halls, women's underwear, and other related industries.

| History: | 1993: We were founded in 1993 as a foam raw material trading company with only 5 employees
1993-2002 We imported large quantity of raw material from Europe and Asia and sold to our domestic customers for Furniture foam factories, car foam factories and chest foam using
2003-2010 Our factory was founded for producing different kinds of foam blocks and supplied to many mattress factories, furniture factories, auto car factories and so on. And our factory expanded to be about 12,000 square meters with 30-50 workers.
2006： Our Foam material R&D Lab was founded. A professional team took product scientific research and development as the first priority to develop more and more new foam materials to help improve and solve different foam made product needs.
2011-2015: Our factory plant was about 18,000 square meters with 120-150 workers and had our Own Sewing team. We developed many kinds of new foam material to use for mattress, pillows/function pillow, sofa, baby pad, etc. What’s more, our team attended many bedroom/household furniture exhibitions in China and other countries.
2016-2018: We started to develop our memory foam product line for Pet bedding and sold very well for USA+EU market. We have long business relationship with many famous brand such as Mattress & Pillow – MACY’S, Boscors, Nature’s Sleep, Sensorpedic, JCPenney, habitat, Dillard’s, BED BATH & BEYOND, CAFOM, etc Baby product – BABIESRUS, babymoov, babo cush, babylo, etc Dog bed – Omlet, KOPEKS, OTTY, WILLY&DILLY, TrendPet, FRIENDS FOREVER, pet FUSION, beeztees, etc OEM product - Skyrora
