What is Yokohama type pneumatic rubber fender?
In 1958, the "Yokohama-type inflatable rubber fender" was developed. However, this floating inflatable rubber fender must continue to follow the technological advancement of ships in order to continuously respond to the needs of large gas carriers, bulk carriers and floating structures. Floating aerodynamic fenders are widely used in ship-to-ship (STS) transfer operations, docks and various ships worldwide. Since its establishment, it has provided tens of millions of fenders for global shipboard and shipboard (STD) operations to provide services to our important customers. These fenders play a vital role in the safe operation of ship mooring and mooring.
Applications:
There are two typical installation types: ship-to-ship operations and ship-to-dock operations.
1. Ship-to-ship operation
For the operation between two lighter ships, the contact point of two large fenders is sufficient.
