1. Haining FengCai Textile is located in China Textile City in Haining Zhejiang County. The
transportation here is very convenient. It’s only 15 kilometers to Xiaoshan International
airport, which is 10km from the Hangyong expressway, also near Shanghai and Ningbo Port.

How to place an order
1. Contact by email or trademanager for specified items.
2. Lab dips or SO approval ( to be sent by express courier, like TNT, UPS, Fedex, DHL,etc)
3. Contract signed, 30% deposit in advance;
4. Bulk production-Quality control
5. Shipping Sample approval
6. Balance payment remit
7. Shipping; Send original documents or tele-release goods
8. Quality warranty for 30days after shipment
Sample Rule
We prepare quality samples free of charge. For the first-time cooperation, the postage would
be at customer's cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. In the next
cooperations,it's at our cost.
Lap Dips and Strike Offs
1.For dyed fabric: Provide with color swatches or Pantone number, we finish in 2-4 business
days.
2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first then
send strike offs in 5-7 business days before bulk production.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
1.Knitted Fabric: 300KGS per color
2.Woven Fabric: 800MTS per color
Any smaller quantity is also welcomed!
Payment and Packing
1. We accept TT and L/C at sight, other payment terms can be negotiated.
2. Usually rolled with paper tube inside, transparent plastic bag and weaving polybag
outside or as customers' requirement.
