Classic C4 paste opaque is our new dental porcelain material products for metal following
VITA classic shade guide-16colors. Classic C4 paste opaque will be used after first fired
washing opaque, helping to cover the color of metal. If you choose NiCr ceramic metal with
Be, you can print the paste opaque without washing opaque. Labs technicans can print
this classic C4 paste opaque once or twice. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our paste opaque
instead of others, because of the prefect bongding strength and color. Especially easy using,
labs new staff also can print the washing opaque and paste opaque quite well. You will be
surprised at the quite prefect bonding strength of this paste opaque.
The Firing Schedule of Classic C4 Dental Opaque:
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 6 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
The Characteristics of Classic C4 Dental Opaque:
1. Prefect bonding strength of porcelain fused to alloy or washing opaque.
2. Cover the color of metal quite well, no yellowrish.
3. No bubbles and cracks on the surface of opaque after firing.
