To address this issue, Potential/Potency has developed a new product that combines the benefits of their already-produced multi-arch support manipulator and multifunctional rock drilling machine. This new product can meet the demands of both improving work efficiency and reducing personnel, while also fulfilling the requirements of the tunnel arch erection process as a whole.
The new product has already been submitted for multiple invention patents and represents a significant advancement in the field of tunnel construction technology.
The equipment is built on an engineering chassis that gives it stability. The four-wheel drive ensures excellent climbing ability, ideal for rough terrains. Additionally, the four-wheel steering system reduces the turning radius, making it more maneuverable in confined spaces.
This equipment also has a unique feature of supporting dual power of diesel and electric. While the diesel power can initiate walking, it can independently take up arch support. This versatile mechanism supports efficient and adaptable usage.
The three working arm frames of foldable and telescopic structure adds flexibility and convenience to the equipment. This structure includes the upper arm, middle arm, and lower arm. Besides, the middle arm is extendable, and when in transportation mode, it can fold back to the frame.
The work platform of the equipment contains dual functions of arch dragging and clamping devices. An additional function is the left arm, which possesses a crane. The dual hydraulic rock drilling mechanism offers drilling support for locking feet, advance and system anchor rods.
The versatility of the equipment continues with the main arm's multi-arch forming device, making it self-transporting. It's equipped with an air-conditioned cab for added comfort and a reversing camera for safe operation. The controller control further facilitates this equipment's use with its large screen display of parameters, enabling real-time monitoring of system operation status. The arm frame control intelligent assistance system boosts efficiency, achieving rapid positioning of the arch frame.
