The fully automatic rotary tea bag feeding and packaging unit is composed of a closed Z-type elevator, an electronic measuring combination scale, a multi-station rotary bag feeding and packaging machine and a finished product conveyor. This set of equipment can quantitatively pack tea, granules, flakes, strips, rounds, blocks and irregular shapes.
The automatic tea packing machine has a series of functions such as automatic feeding, metering, pouches feeding, filling, sealing, printing, counting and conveying. It is the preferred packaging machinery for tea manufacturers. The pouches-type tea packaging machine adopts the Z-type bucket elevator system for feeding and conveying. In the closed shell, the material is conveyed through the feeding hopper suspended on the chain. The fully automatic pouches feeding granule packing machine can automatically adjust the bag width and size according to the specifications and weight of the production materials, and adjust eight sets of machine clips synchronously.
