Station/oil filling station, secondary sealing and output station/vacuum transfer station, empty bag recycling station. The bags that are taken out complete the work of opening, feeding, exhausting and sealing and outputting in this order.
The feeder of the vacuum packing machine can realize automatic measurement and put it into the bag automatically. The feeding of the feeder is automatically completed by the tipper elevator. It only needs to manually put the material into the bucket of the tipper elevator and put the bag into the bag bin. Fully automatic packaging can be completed. The running speed of our vacuum packing machine is about 60 bags per minute, which means the production capacity is about 3000 bags per hour.
