Mineral ball mill for ore is a key equipment for regrinding, it is widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics and etc.The mineral ball mill can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process.
The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
The dry ball mill is composed of feeding, discharging, rotary, transmission (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining can be changed, and the rotary gear is machined with the casting gear, and the shell has a wear-resisting lining, which has good wear resistance. Dry ball mill running smoothly, reliable work.
Ball mill is divided into: the overflow type ball mill,dry ball mill, stirring mill, cement ball mill, small ball mill and wet ball mill and other series products are widely used in ball mill and various fields.
1. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 3200mm, its conventional configuration is using rolling bearing instead of bush sliding bearing, energy saving 10% - 20%;
2. When the diameter of the ball mill is more than 2700mm, its conventional configuration is using slow driving device for installing liner and maintenance;
3. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 1500mm, its conventional configuration is monolithic large chassis, then reduce installation requirements and shorten installation time.
