HK series lithium battery forklifts are high quality products developed on the basis of the advantages of "High performance lithium battery system" and "Domestic and imported advanced controllers". The load capacity range is from 1.5Ton to 5.0Ton.
Following the family design of I.C. forklifts, they are provided with some key parts compatible with them, and optimized mainly on the overall performance, ergonomics, reliability, maintenance, outdoor operation ability and load capacity in a bid to meet customers’ different requirements.
Curtis controller
The trucks are equipped with Curtis controllers.CAN-bus technology makes the diagnostic and trouble shooting easier.The use of proved and certified components helps to ensure the conformity to international safety standards with all the supporting documents available as required by law.
AC maintenance-free drive motor
Adopt maintenance-free and powerful AC drive motor. Compared with traditional DC motors, our AC motors do not need to replace Carbon brushes. Equipped with speed sensor and temperature sensor, greatly improving the AC motor’s reliability.
High performance transmission:
Transmission system uses a horizontal fan-shaped drive axle arranged in parallel with a large transmission ratio. The battery is installed at the bottom of the frame.Traveling motor adopts AC maintenance-free motor.
Quite low vibration design
The hydraulic system uses a low-noise gear pump and full hydraulic power steering. Quiet and comfortable operation. Shock absorbing steer axle to protect the vehicle system and prolong the service life of the forklift.
Light system:
The forklift is equipped with standard LED lamps: head-lamps,front turn lamps, rear combination lamps, warning lamps. Bright light with low power consumption allows you to operate freely at night.
Warranty:
The warranty period is 24 months from on board date or 2000 working hours whichever comes first.
During warranty, we offer air delivery of the spare parts within 2 working days.Besides that, we have experienced engineers to check the problems and maintenance.
