| History: | In 1998, the predecessor of the company, Guangzhou Dongke Lian, was established in Guangzhou to engage in instrument trade. In 2001, it successfully developed the 6600ATE and completed its first transformation from agency to independent research and development. In 2005, with a focus on long-term customer development, Chuangrui Electronics was officially established and developed in Dongguan. In 2007, the R&D center was established, making research and development the company's primary investment direction.
