Core Pin Instructions
A mold core pin is an extension or projection of the mold that forms the inner surface used in plastic injection molding commonly used in the medical industry. This special core pin is used for injection molding medical pipettes for fluid sampling. The tolerance of the core pin we make can reach 0.003mm, and the core pin needs a certain degree of toughness, but it also needs to withstand a certain degree of dislocation during the molding process without breaking. So the successful use of mold core pins largely depends on the grinding process and this point.
