After the three square grooves of the Blunt needle are reheated, they are processed with a wire-cutting machine.The material of this part is a high strength high speed steel SKD51 with a hardness of hrc60-63.The technological process of the parts is roughly: nc lathe roughing - vacuum heat treatment - grinding - line cutting.Pay attention to the requirements of coaxiality ±0.005mm and straightness ±0.01mm.Control grinding amount, control precision is the processing of this part of the requirements.We use concentrometer, micrometer and marble platform to test this part.
