This is a machine part we made for foreign customers.The material is SKD11 and the heat treatment requirement is hrc58-62.This part of the main processing equipment is CNC lathe, thread cutting machine and milling machine.After the rough machining of the outer dimension, the parts need to undergo heat treatment. After the heat treatment, we will use the cutting machine to cut the shape, and the surface finish of the parts is required to be RA1.6.The parts have several holes in line after cutting, need to use the milling machine chamfering.After finishing processing, the workpiece should be nitriding treatment to increase wear resistance.We use micrometer and coordinate measuring instrument to test this part.

we have sixteen SEIBU or SODICK wire-cutting machines and spark machines imported from Japan, capable of processing high precision and finish workpieces. The machining accuracy can be reached: ±0.002mm.

In order to carry on the small round corner, the narrow seam, the narrow groove and the fine part micro finishing, we carry on the fine wire cutting.At present, 0.02 ~ 0.03 mm electrode wire cutting can be performed.Slow walking wire cutting is a kind of edm wire cutting, is the use of continuous moving thin wire (called electrode wire) as the electrode, the workpiece pulse spark discharge erosion of metal, cutting and forming.It is mainly used for processing all kinds of complicated shape and precision small workpiece.
