1. Clean and protect. Before use, non-corrosive gasoline should be used to remove the anti-rust oil from the working surface

    and wipe it clean with absorbent cotton yarn. After use, it is also necessary to wipe the working surface clean, apply water-free

    and acid-free anti-rust oil, cover it with moisture-proof paper and put it in a box, and store it in a dry place.

2. Temperature effects. Temperature changes can lead to measurement errors. Before use, the spirit level should be placed

    in a stable environment and allowed to acclimatize to the temperature before use.

3. Measure and read. When measuring, the bubble must be completely still before it can be read. The line of sight should be vertically

    aligned with the level tube to avoid parallax and affect the reading accuracy. When measuring the horizontal plane, the reading

    deviation of 180° should be checked in the same position and direction, and the two readings should be the same,

    otherwise the effect of instrument deviation should be noted.

4. Handling and storage. When operating, it should be handled with care to avoid collision and friction, so as not to damage

    or affect the  measurement accuracy. When storing, it should also be protected from direct sunlight and strong light.

5. Calibration. Before use, it should be calibrated to ensure that the zero error is not greater than 1/10 index.
