2.For wood pellets or biomass pellets use:This series flat die pellet presses can be used for producing wood pellets and biomass pellets, too. Wood pellets are made of all kinds of wood waste. Biomass pellets are made of peanut sheller, corn stalk and other biomass materials.
How to choose die for different poultry Feed Pellet Production Line / Plant for Sale
1.As per hour experience getting from customers, for different kinds of animals, you should choose differnt feed pellet machine with differnt dies. we have different die of feed pellet machine fory our choose) length of the feed pellet can be adjustable as per your wish.
2.For mini birds,aquatic ect, very fine dia with 1.5mm size is the best choice.
3.For carrot, pet birds, etc, 2.9mm die is ok.
4.For baby rabbit, chicken duck, goose, bird etc , then 2.5mm die of feed pellet machine is suggested.
5.For other mature rabbite, chicken, duck, goose, bird, aquatic etc, 3-4 mm die of feed pellet machine suggest.
6.We have differnt die with different size such as 3.0mm, 3.5mm. 4.0mm size for your choose.
7.For 5-6mm die, our animal feed pellet machine can feed pig, cattle, sheep, dog, horse etc.
8.5-6mm size has 5.0mm,6.0mm size for your choose.
9.7-12mm can be used as fish feed, large bird, rabbit etc big animals, but pls give me few days to customize it.
10.Fpr 7-12mm size, we have 7.0mm, 8.0mm,9.0mm.10mm.12mm die for your choose.
