The compact DA-56 provides easy CNC programming with the Delem 2D graphical product

design tool. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum because of the

quick and easy to use bend sequence determination tool. 
The CNC program is generated with a one touch key stroke.  You are ready to make the

first part since all axes positions are automatically computed and the bend sequence has

already been simulated on the screen with the machine and tools in real scale.
 In the production mode of the DA-56 the operator can graphically simulate the bend

process of the product guiding him during the press brake operation.
The basic machine control functions are Y1-Y2 and X axis, optionally a second back

gauge axiscan be used as R/Z or X2 axis. Also the crowning function is standard on board.

1. The person operate and maintain the press brake must read the rules carefully,

2. make sure that you have an understanding of the rules, and operate the machine

as perinstruction of the rules.

3. The machine must be supervised by authorized person. The operator and repairman

must understand the detail of operation, maintenance and safety rules.

 4. The correct thickness and the length of the workpiece must be entered into NC

system.To do so can avoid the high pressure caused by the length and thickness

entered which is more than actual value to damage the machine and dies or result

a injury. Not allow the working press force exceeding the nominal pressure.

 5. Not allow to adjust rated pressure of safety valve and balance valve because the

pressure have been regulated when delivery, failure to do so will make the machine

working unstable or damage the machine.When the system works abnormally, please

stop the machine immediately, and just only the professional person to maitain the

machine.please shut the power off and the ram must stay at the bottom dead point

when repairing.

6. Not allow to step the oil pipes avoid leakage of hydraulic system when checking

the machine.

7. Always keep the machine clean and wipe the dirty grease aviod accident because

of people sliding down.

8. Do not touch the pipes and oil tank during the machine working for a long time cause

of high temperature.
