Hydra Hydraulic Iron Worker, Hydraulic Combined Punching and Shearing Machine
unit Iron Worker, Hydraulic Combined Punching and Shearing Machine with hydraulic
system combines punching, shearing, plate bending, angle cutting, section cutting and
notching functions together. By changing or fitting different mounds or dies, various
functions can be achieved.
 
1. Shearing station
Round & square bar shearing: There are multiple holes for a variety of sizes.
Adjustable hold down device is convenient for shearing various sizes of round and
square bar, channel, joist etc.
Flat bar shearing: With accurate cutting because of easily adjustable hold down
device and good visibility operator, Large 15'' squaring arm with inlaid scale as standard
equipment.Angle iron shearing: The angle iron shear has the ability to cut angle iron
at 45 degrees & 90 degrees with diamond shaped blade.
Optional moulds for T-bar, joist, channel.
 
2. Punching station
Large viewing window on stripper.
Swing-away design for easy operation.
Large two pieces gauging table with rulers and stop as standard equipment.
Quick change coupling nut and sleeve for rapid replacement or change.
Bending device is optional (for bending below 500mm length metal plate)
Notching station
Unique design allows for unsurpassed cutting of angle and flat bar.
With electrically interlocked safety device for safe operating.

Optional tooling:

Automatic Holding System: The automatic holding system can be chosen to set up

in angle steel shearing and plate shearing work position. The holders will fix the position

of work piece, in this way, the accuracy is better and more safety for workers meanwhile

save time and improve working efficiency.

Temperature cooling system: When the machine is working, you can read the temperature

of oil through the monitoring screen. If the oil temperature goes higher than 55 degree

which is the default configuration, the inside cooling system will run automatically to

decrease oil temperature in order to protect hydraulic system.
