Feature:
Hole punching machine has two kinds, 50B single production line and 60 double production lines.
Optional function:
360°rotation, if the machine equipped with this function, when you punch round pipe, the machine can rotate automatically. The machine can punch the pipe's different angles automatically.
Push rod function, you are willing to press the last hole, while the distance between last hole and the pipe edge less than 50mm , you have to push the pipe manually. If your machine is equipped with push rod function, the clamp can automatically release the last edge of the pipe, and a rod push the end of the pipe, then blade can punch the last hole near the edge.
The machine has manual, semi-automatic, and full automatic operation modes.
Man-machine interface is Analogy and industrial-grade touch LCD screen, as long as you gently touch the screen to operate or setting area, system can accept the work instruction.

Piercing Tube Machine Instruction:

Mould replacement: Change the die easily without adjusting the dies to reduce the mould
damage rate and pipe fittings rejection rate due to the dies setting error. Skilled workers can
change the mould within 10 minutes.

III. Hydraulic and Servo System:
1, Step-less operation adjustment, hydraulic loops designed with zero load, combined with
extremely low frequency oil pump motor, effectively reduced noise, increased motor efficiency
and service duration.
2, When the oil cylinder is moving downward, the machine is designed with hydraulic
difference driving loops rated at high or low RPM. It is also featured with high speed downward
moving, low speed processing and hi-speed position resume. It is available to increase the
formation stability of work pieces during puncturing. In addition to increasing the activation
speed, it can effectively reduce HP load to save electrical energy.
