Characters:
The two lower rollers are normally active transmit rollers. In other condition, all the three rollers
could be active transmit rollers. The two side rollers do arc up and down movement around the
rotary centre. There are roller-supporting devices on both two sides to ensure abnormal-section
material rolling quality.
The bending machine has compact structure, reliable performance, small size, complete function,
high efficiency, and easy operation. It is a kind of advanced equipment at home and abroad.
Performance Overview:
The machine is the head part of machine and machine body stiffener design, and be annealed
to reduce internal stress, overall there is enough strength and rigidity to prevent permanent
deformation
The use of advanced and reliable arc down structure, rotating around the center of the two
lower rollers (upper roller) to do an arc down movement; Three work rolls are active rolled
by three independent hydraulic drive; A feeding finished, Various profiles (angle, channel,
H section steel, round steel, etc. ) end pre-bending and roll forming bend can be bent into a
variety of profiles which needed to be round, curved, spiral, elliptical and other artifacts

No hydraulic supporting roller on both sides of machine can provent non-symmetrical profiles
distorted in the process of rolling, enabling non-symmetrical cross-section profiles to ensure
the quality of volume curve (finished in the natural fall under gravity, unloading tube is convenient. )
Fully hydraulic drive: Right lower pre-bending roller, three-roll (both active roller) motor rotation
bending, left pre-roll bending, back bending check round, discharge.
Microcomputer controller dynamic intuitive color touch screen and generous, you can set the
movement of two lower rollers displacement vector and can store 10 kinds of data.
A foot switch can be used to complete pre-bending, bending, thick part of the material
pre-bending, back bending, discharge, reset, the whole process
Motor pump (China famous brand, the quality of Gold) plug connected, concentric high,
little vibration, low noise (noise level 65 dB. )
