Description
The PSA Nitrogen Generator is an air separation unit which is based on carbon molecular sieves selective adsorption of oxygen from air and can continuously generate gasnitrogen at ambient temperature, and the adsorbed nitrogen can be desorpted by decreasing the adsorbed bed pressure resulting cyclical adsorption-desorption operation.The hydrogen generator of ammonia decomposes liquid ammonia as raw material. The device gasifies and decomposes liquid ammonia. Using 1KG liquid ammonia, about 2.64Nm3 of mixed gas can be exported, consisting of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. Mixed gases contain a small amount of impurities. After adsorption and purification by 5A zeolite (American UOP), the dew point of the product hydrogen can be reduced to - 60 C, and the internal ammonia can be reduced to less than 3 ppm.
