Feeding unit

※Separating and combining of the machine and platform undergo electric control added with alarm which rings consecutively during running to ensure worker’s safety

※Air volume can be adjusted according to the different conditions of the bending paper to ensure smooth feeding.(valve to control the air volume)

※The positions of side baffle, and back baffle box are adjusted by electric (numerical) control with hand adjustment of leading baffle interval.

※Automatic zeroing facility

※Upper air draft dust adsorption facility with brush equipped on the exhaust inlet so as to weed out impurity on the printing surface of paper in a great deal to improve the printing quality.

※Feeding roller interval dial is adjusted by manual control in an adjustable range from 0 to 12mm.

4 Stacker Machine

※ Independent tension adjustment of transmission belt of sheet laying arm is not limited by the equal length of belts.

※ Height of piling is 1600mm.

※ Machine lifting transmission motor added with brake realizes the fixed position of machine bed without sliding.

※ Added with safety facility to control the lifting of machine and secure the worker.

※ Pneumatic sheet laying baffle automatically reaches out to receive and support paperboard when the piled paperboard reaches the height preset
