Technologic parameter

FEEDING SECTIO

1) Sun alike lead edge feeder make the feeding easily and stable

2) All the baffles are adjust by electric control

3) Guide rail support the right-left baffle move smoothly.

4) The feeding rollers are grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make blance rectification for running stable.

5) Feeding rollers gap adjusted by touch screen

• Firsts row of feeding rollers: Upper feeding roller is seamless steel covered with wear-resistant rubber treated by balance rectification

Down feeding roller is seamless steel with knurling surface

• Second row of feeding rollers:Upper feeding roller is with two feeding rings ,seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface

Down feeding roller is seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface.

PRINTING SECTION

• 1) Roller transfer between every two units,vacuum transfer for option

   

  2) Roller transfer:

  a) Rollers gap adjusted by PLC and touch screen

  b) Two rows of feeding rollers. Upper roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.Down roller diameter with two feeding rings ,plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.

   

  Vacuum transfer:

  a) The vacuum transfer adopted for the whole process feeding is able to feed the cardboard smoothly and precisely which improve the printing precise.

  b) The surface of transmissioin wheel plated ceramic to increase the wearability.

  c) The gap between vacuum cabinet and printing roller adjusted by PLC and touch screen.

  3) Roller undergoes grinded and plated with rigid chrome, make the balance rectification for running stable

  4) Ceramic anlox and rubber roller structure.

  5) Ceramic anilox roller,steel pipe is plated with ceramic grinded surface and laser-carved anilox

1)Liner guideway with screw axle makes the creasing wheel and holder move stable and precisely

5) Creasing holder roller interval adjusted by PLC and touch screen
